1. Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with Apex Compounding, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Product Information: Apex Compounding provides compounded formulations, including TriMix and QuadMix. While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions, we make no guarantees regarding specific results or efficacy for any individual user, as physiological responses vary.
No Medical Advice: The information provided on this website, including product descriptions and usage suggestions, is for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or the use of compounded medications.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Compounding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. The user assumes responsibility for the proper administration and storage of the product once delivered.
Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
2. Shipping Policy
Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Due to the nature of our products, orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Rates & Estimates: Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days.
Discreet Packaging: Products are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. The exterior of the package will not indicate the contents of your order.
Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has left our facility.
3. Refund & Return Policy
Eligibility: Due to health and safety regulations regarding compounded substances, we cannot accept returns of opened or used bottles of TriMix or QuadMix.
Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will issue a replacement at no additional cost.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the request is received before the order has been shipped.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be applied to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
4. Privacy Policy
Data Collection: We collect only the information necessary to process your order, including your name, shipping address, and email. Payment information is processed via secure third-party encrypted gateways; we do not store full credit card details on our own servers.
Data Usage: Information is used solely for order fulfillment and communication regarding your purchase. We do not sell or rent personal information to third-party marketers.
